Job Overview

Jackmont Hospitality is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Newark Liberty International Airport.

About the Role:

  • As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, ensuring a high-quality experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be proactive in solving guest concerns and satisfying guests in various situations, maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked environment.
  • Ensuring all cash handling procedures are upheld, you will be accountable for store funds while running a shift.
  • You will be responsible for pouring wine, beer, and making craft cocktails for all Airport guests, maintaining proper rotation of product.
  • Complying with health, safety regulations, and COVID-19 regulations, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in bartending or a related field.
  • Barista experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of sanitation regulations.
  • A passion for and creative abilities when it comes to craft cocktails.
  • Proactive, with a high attention to detail and a positive, professional approach to people and work.
  • Ability to provide excellent guest service consistently, maintaining grace under pressure while handling busy rushes.
  • Must obtain necessary certifications and permits.
