  • Conduct fieldwork for audits, reviews, and compilations
  • Generate comprehensive financial statements with complete disclosures
  • Organize, direct, and finalize standard engagements
  • Guide junior accountants of diverse skill levels
  • Cultivate new client partnerships and enhance existing ones
  • Identify opportunities for additional client services
  • Support administrative tasks within the firm as required
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in public accounting
  • CPA certification or CPA candidate status
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Excellent analytical capabilities
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and OCBOA
  • In-depth understanding of GAAS
  • Familiarity with GAGAS / Yellow Book
  • Experience in financial statement compilation, both with and without notes
  • Proficient in conducting financial statement audits and reviews
