**Project Management**
As a SALT Tax Manager at Jobot, you will project manage one or more client assignments simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each project. You will establish work schedules through effective use of project management techniques.
**Client Relationships**
You will build and nurture strong working relationships with client management and peer client levels.
**Tax Expertise**
You will evaluate and maintain tax return preparation software. You will also complete training to use tax research services and research and recommend resolutions to tax issues that are not overly complex.
**Team Leadership**
You will manage tax interns' training and monitor their work assignments.
