About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technician to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in a short-term acute care hospital in Cedar Park, Texas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in our dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Catheterization Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with procedures in the cath lab.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Transport patients as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Catheterization Laboratory Technician
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
