Position Overview:
KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is looking for a committed and trustworthy Warehouse Associate. In this position, you will handle the reception, storage, shipment, and delivery of Quality Air tools, supplies, equipment, and materials to various locations in a safe, organized, and timely manner. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse and logistics operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Material Handling: Utilize hands, dollies, and/or forklifts to load, move, stack, stage, transport, and unload tools, supplies, and equipment onto and off delivery trucks, pallets, shelves, or floors. This includes transferring items into and out of the warehouse and to and from various job sites.
- Transportation: Safely deliver goods using a delivery truck to designated locations. Assist with unloading at delivery sites.
- Package Distribution: Ensure received packages are distributed to the appropriate personnel as instructed.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep a clean and organized workspace by performing cleaning, trash removal, and other housekeeping tasks.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Clean and maintain department vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Scrap Management: Aid in the collection, delivery, and receipt of payment for scrap materials, adhering to established procedures.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
- Driver's License: A valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical projects and related tools and equipment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience during deliveries and interactions.
- Safety Awareness: Keen attention to and respect for safety regulations in all tasks.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work efficiently in both indoor and outdoor settings, with availability for occasional weekend shifts.
