Speech Language Pathologist Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to work with us in the Reading, Pennsylvania area.

Job Details:

  • On-site required
  • Full-time position preferred

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
  3. Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  4. Monitor and report patient progress
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Knowledgeable regarding Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
