Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Direct Care Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our direct care programs. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable you to oversee the deployment of resources, monitor budgets, and drive results that positively impact our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
  • Managing budgets and financial resources to achieve desired outcomes
  • Coordinating and implementing training programs for direct care staff
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement quality assurance initiatives


Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of leadership and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license is also a requirement. Experience working in the disability sector is an asset.

Salary Range

This position offers a competitive salary of USD $27.00 per hour.
