About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Content Coordinator to join our team at General RV Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of our service and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain workflow between foremen and technicians, acting as a liaison between sales and service teams.
  • Communicate and coordinate delivery schedules with Sales Managers and F&I Managers.
  • Communicate workload needs on units prior to delivery with Shop Foremen and Technicians, ensuring timely completion.
  • Communicate and schedule work done on stock units with third-party vendors (chassis work, engine work, etc).
  • Responsible for a smooth and efficient flow of scheduling deliveries and paperwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with RV or automotive service writing is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
