Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate ICU travel nurse RN staff to provide high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art medical facility. As an ICU travel nurse RN staff, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and provide individualized care to critically ill patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management and treatment options
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as an ICU travel nurse RN staff
- Current licensure in Illinois
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- $143,000 - $163,000 per year, based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week
