Job SummaryRHP Properties is seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Windsor Estates community in West Valley City, UT. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for performing general grounds and lawn maintenance, including mowing lawns, weeding flowerbeds, cutting weeds, and mulching. You will also be required to perform seasonal maintenance tasks, such as salting walkways, snow and ice removal, and other applicable landscaping tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general grounds and lawn maintenance, including mowing lawns, weeding flowerbeds, cutting weeds, and mulching.
  • Perform seasonal maintenance tasks, such as salting walkways, snow and ice removal, and other applicable landscaping tasks.
  • Operate groundskeeping and other maintenance equipment.
  • Lift or move up to 75 pounds.
  • Efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Tolerate exposure to various chemical compounds.

Requirements
  • Previous maintenance experience, preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid operator's license and maintenance of a good driving record at all times.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces.
