Job Title: Electric Vehicle Construction Supervisor

About the Role:

OWL Services, a leading provider of sales, installation, and service solutions for electric vehicle charging infrastructure, is seeking an experienced Electric Vehicle Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will oversee the installation and maintenance of EV charging stations across the Southeastern United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of electricians and construction workers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of EV charging stations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and customer support staff, to coordinate project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify potential risks, and develop corrective action plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including timelines, budgets, and quality control metrics.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical construction or a related field, with a focus on EV charging infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of supervising and managing construction teams, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80%) within the Southeastern United States.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
