Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to provide personal care and household support to our clients. As a Home Health Aide, you will work under the direction of a Supervisor to deliver high-quality care and services to our clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide household support with laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
- Assist with ambulation and transfers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping
- Assist with medication management and reminders
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HHA training program (75 hours)
- On-going state required staff development training (12 hours per year)
- Mature, reliable, and honest individual with a capacity for compassion and common sense
