Our dedicated routes offer team drivers a consistent 4-day schedule, enabling you to enjoy more quality time with your family or utilize the extra time to increase your earnings.

Our driver schedules are tailored to meet your financial and family requirements. All our drivers are W-2 employees, not 1099 contractors. Our dedicated routes ensure you visit the same customers weekly, allowing you to build relationships and become a familiar face for our clients.

Our owners, Ted and Margie Brozanski, are actively involved in daily operations to ensure their vision is realized.

Our fleet features modern automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors equipped with inverters, refrigerators, microwaves, and XM Radio. Given our extensive operational mileage, we lease our equipment from Ryder, ensuring Platinum roadside assistance for any mechanical issues.

Our drivers are on the road earning money, not waiting for repairs.

While this approach incurs higher costs, we believe you are worth it.

Qualifications for CDL-A Team Truck Operator:

We seek candidates who meet the following criteria:
Class A CDL

2+ years of verifiable OTR experience

Ability to lift/push/pull between 50 and 100 lbs.

Clean MVR/PSP with no major driving violations (DUI, reckless driving, excessive speeding)

Must pass DOT Drug Test

Fluency in English

Successful completion of Road Test

Background Check clearance

Ability to drive in adverse weather conditions

Experience operating a manual pallet jack

Responsibilities for CDL-A Team Truck Operator:

Operate a tractor-trailer combination
Transport and deliver refrigerated goods to dedicated customer locations, and backhaul vendor dedicated refrigerated goods
Verify/check invoices/BOL's and interact with customers in a positive and professional manner during deliveries and backhauls.
