Financial Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for Spectrum Solutions' subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts payable and accounts receivable, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee collections and credit checks, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Handle cash books, bank receipts, and credit card statements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist the team in preparing and submitting VAT returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A commercial education and at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry or related fields is an asset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Experience with Abacus and a structured, precise work approach are required.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative is essential.
