Lead Mixologist

At Chattahoochee Food Works, we're seeking a skilled Bar Lead to join our team. As a Bar Lead, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a high-volume craft cocktail bar environment that's both fun and clean for our guests and team members.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide exceptional service in a timely manner.
• Assess customers' preferences and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Mix and prepare craft cocktails from scratch, using classic techniques and ingredients.
• Train and mentor new staff members, including bartenders, barbacks, and bar prep personnel.
• Ensure all bar areas are well-stocked and rotated correctly, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and maintain a positive team dynamic, promoting a fun and inclusive work environment.
• Verify customers' identification and confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient bar.
• Provide exceptional guest service, focusing on creating a memorable experience for every customer.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

• At least 3 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale, casual dining atmosphere.
• Proven knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques.
• Bar Lead or supervisory experience, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and safely lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to work 40 hours per week and adapt to changing demands.
• Stamina and energy to maintain a high level of performance in a dynamic environment.
• Able to provide 3 professional references.
