Job Summary:

The Night Shift Monitor will provide direct support to our clients and programs, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment at all times. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and sober lifestyle, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to clients and programs, including hourly checks and light cooking and cleaning duties.
  • Assist with light office duties as assigned.
  • Ensure the safety and supervision of clients, making scheduling arrangements as needed.
  • Accurately and honestly document all activities and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
  • Protect client confidentiality and uphold professional values and policies.
  • Improve the lives of clients and colleagues through a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
  • First Aid and TB test required.
  • On-the-job training provided.
  • Strong boundaries and ethics.

Compensation:

$15.00-$16.00 per hour.

Hiring Bonus:

$500.00.
