Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Lot Attendant at Nissan Williamsburg. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the dealership lot and ensuring vehicles are properly organized, cleaned, and ready for display. This is a full-time position in the auto industry located in Williamsburg, Virginia, and the ideal candidate for this role is an individual contributor who is passionate about customer service and has a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles for damages upon arrival to the dealership lot
- Ensure vehicles are properly parked and organized in designated areas
- Conduct regular maintenance checks such as checking tire pressure and filling gas tanks
- Keep the lot clean and free of debris
- Help transport vehicles to and from the service center as needed
- Assist customers with locating specific vehicles
- Communicate any vehicle issues to management
- Keep track of vehicle inventory and report any discrepancies
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers and team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Lot Attendant or in a similar role preferred
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
