Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Elation Properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming community environment for our residents. This is a full-time position at our Gurney Flats apartment community in Yankton, SD.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including administrative tasks and resident services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the property remains in good condition.
• Process paperwork, including leases, renewals, and other related documents.
• Respond to resident requests, complaints, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents.

• 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Yardi or other property management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
