Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our clients during every interaction. This includes performing practice administrative tasks, managing practice reception, and maintaining veterinary medical records.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice opening and closing procedures
• Ensure public areas are clean and presentable
• Process cash, checks, and credit card payments
• Schedule appointments and update client/patient files
• Prepare and send client correspondence
• Perform backup of computer system and oversee daily business posting
• Welcome clients and patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Answer incoming telephone calls and present clients with medications and instructions
• Handle emergency situations and address client concerns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous veterinary experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills. You will also need to be able to work on weekends and be available to work a variety of shifts.
