Responsibilities

  • Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders with a smile
  • Learn our menu, promotions, and specials to provide expert recommendations to our guests
  • Check in with guests regularly to ensure they're having a great time
  • Assist guests with any questions, requests, or issues that may arise
  • Help keep our center clean and organized
  • Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area to ensure a seamless experience
  • Recommend and upsell our center experience to our guests

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (optional)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our guests
  • A commitment to providing great guest service and ensuring a positive experience
  • Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
