As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and servicing residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing a high-quality experience for our customers while meeting established deadlines and maintaining proper margins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet established deadlines and maintain proper margins.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the HVAC trade or proven technical similar experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Must pass drug and background screening.
• Proficient in installing/servicing furnaces, air conditioners, and water heaters.
• Proficient in installing gas pipes and ductwork.
• General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems.
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
• Self-starter, hard worker, reliable, and flexible.
• Strong customer service skills, team player, and leadership skills.
