We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a home health setting. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry advancements

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess PC skills
