As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to our stores, answering their questions, and providing guidance on finding the right products and services for their needs. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that customers receive excellent service and support throughout their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, responding to their questions and concerns
  • Provide expert knowledge on products and services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise, including loading merchandise as needed
  • Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Cross-functionally train with other associates to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6 months of retail or customer service experience
  • Ability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
  • Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted or over 25 pounds with assistance
