Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Superior Patient Service
    • Deliver exceptional patient care and support in accordance with company policies and procedures
    • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments
    • Coordinate patient appointments and schedules to ensure efficient use of time
    • Verify patient information and insurance coverage to ensure accurate billing
  • Balance Nightly Deposits and Credit Card Processing
    • Process patient payments and reconcile daily deposits
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of credit card transactions
  • Additional Tasks
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • High Regard for Time Management
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Dental or Medical Office
