We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Superior Patient Service
- Deliver exceptional patient care and support in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Schedule and Confirm Appointments
- Coordinate patient appointments and schedules to ensure efficient use of time
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage to ensure accurate billing
- Balance Nightly Deposits and Credit Card Processing
- Process patient payments and reconcile daily deposits
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of credit card transactions
- Additional Tasks
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- High Regard for Time Management
- Organized and Detail-Oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Dental or Medical Office
- Knowledge of Dental Insurance and Billing Procedures
