Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Technician to join our team at StepStone Hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on our hotel's facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of hospitality operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences are essential.

In this role, you will:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Identify and address facility-related issues through proactive maintenance and repair
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and repair tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations

Compensation:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year
