  • Developing and delivering engaging educational programs to help plan sponsors and participants make informed decisions about their retirement plans.
  • Providing personalized support and guidance to employees and retirees, helping them navigate the complexities of retirement planning.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve participant issues, ensuring seamless support and service.
  • Contributing to the development of presentation materials and educational resources to enhance the overall participant experience.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for financial services and education. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retirement/financial services, with a strong understanding of plan features and investments.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65 licenses, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
