Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Madison Honda. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet all customers in a timely and welcoming fashion
  • Accurately file receipts and permits to maintain accurate records and ensure quick data retrieval
  • Teach and support other employees to ensure their success
  • Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service
  • Ensure maximum productivity, customer service, and cost control
  • Effectively communicate with and perform all job duties requested by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of reception experience in a retail facility
  • Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Professional communication skills
