MedStar Health is seeking a Clinical Team Coordinator to support our Urgent Care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the selection, training, and assignment of department staff. Develop and implement standards of performance. Act as a backup resource for administrative positions in the practice. Serve as a super user for EMR and Patient Registration tools. Prepare associate work schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. 3-4 years of progressively more responsible job-related experience in patient care. CMA or RMA certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Salary Range: $36.41
