Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the organization
Deliver financial partnership support to management
Create analyses and scenarios to enhance decision-making and drive outcomes
Assist in preparing month-end closing reports and executive presentations for forecast reviews
Articulate modeling, analyses, and insights in a clear and persuasive manner
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similarly analytical discipline
Minimum of 3 years of pertinent financial analysis or FP&A experience
At least 3 years of advanced expertise in MS Excel, MS Office suite, and various technology tools
Willingness to travel for business purposes
Excellent communication skills to convey recommendations to team leaders and key stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase/Smartview, PowerBI, and Oracle NetSuite
Experience in healthcare and/or start-up environments
Strong financial modeling skills and experience with financial statement reporting
Proven ability to accept coaching and eagerness to learn more
