Swim Instructor

Foss Swim School is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Coach to join our team of aquatic professionals. As a Swim Coach, you will play a vital role in providing safe and engaging swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons that cater to the needs of individual students, while promoting a fun and supportive learning environment.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Foss Swim Path curriculum, ensuring students progress at their own pace.
• Provide feedback and guidance to students, helping them to improve their swimming techniques and build confidence in the water.
• Work collaboratively with other Swim Coaches and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of swimming lessons.
• Maintain a safe and organized learning environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Comfortable working in a pool environment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
• Positive attitude and high energy levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children (preferably in a swimming or aquatic setting).
