The Seven at Sebring Hotel is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and quality that our guests expect from us. If you have a keen eye for detail, are organized, and can work well under pressure, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Main Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel setting. They will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms, maintaining accurate records of room inventory, and completing additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled. The successful candidate will also handle guest requests or complaints and ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
Requirements:
Applicants must possess excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. An estimated salary of $28,000 - $32,000 per year is offered based on location and experience. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
