  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to strict hygiene protocols to prevent the spread of disease.
  • Handle pets with care and patience, reducing stress and anxiety for both our canine clients and their owners.
  • Identify any potential skin conditions, parasites, or abnormalities and report them to the groomer or manager, ensuring prompt attention and treatment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with pet owners professionally and addressing any concerns they may have.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a dog grooming facility for a minimum of 1-2 years is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with pet owners and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
