Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Deliver high-quality therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions, to help them achieve their communication goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure seamless communication.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, student progress, and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families.
