Sales Team Lead

Supplemental Health Care Corporate is seeking a seasoned Sales Team Lead to drive growth in our Regional Sales Department. This role will oversee the development and maintenance of a high-performing sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
About the Job- As a Sales Team Lead, you will direct the focus of your sales team, set goals, analyze data, motivate, and create training and growth opportunities.
- You will work closely with large profile customers to promote Supplemental Health Care initiatives, addressing customer complaints, analyzing budgets, and streamlining the sales process.
- Provide individual support for sales team members as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Directly manage the sales efforts of individual team members to develop untapped sales markets and penetrate existing ones.
- Manage the productivity of your sales branch, including training, evaluation, expansion, and mentoring team members to create bench strength for future growth.
- Create synergistic relationships with Regional Managers/Directors of recruiting teams to develop strategies for maximizing sales efforts, identifying trends, and maintaining internal sales talent.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Establish and expand staffing business through weekly and quarterly sales and marketing plans.
- Manage monthly sales goals to budget, address client concerns effectively, and present features and benefits to meet clients' needs.
- Retain flexible schedules to service client requests and handle complaints.
- Hire, train, and develop office talent as needed to maintain a solid profitable team with growth based on need/revenue.
- Conduct daily white board meetings and weekly wrap-up meetings.
- Maintain minimum standards for the position and Division.
- Communicate and implement corporate vision and initiatives.
- Present to associations/organizations to increase awareness of Supplemental Health Care presence and promote local and national services.
- Manage internal and external company policies, including Human Resources, Accounting, and Quality Assurance.
- Create an environment of high morale, motivation, and teamwork; manage staff accordingly.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years' equivalent experience required, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- 4+ years of leadership experience.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services, including marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and with other team members.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Working knowledge of computers and CRM software programs.
- Successful completion of onboarding training/tutorials and attendance at future webcasts/trainings as required.
The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 to $100,000 plus uncapped bonus/commissions, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience. Supplemental Health Care is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
