Role Overview:

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to enhance our Operations team. This position serves as a pivotal link between various departments including Operations, R&D, and our supply chain.

Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of quality engineering tasks, from scrutinizing detailed measurements to formulating long-term strategies aimed at refining our supply base through meticulously designed quality processes and control measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish your expertise as a supplier quality engineering specialist across multi-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in mechanics, electronics, and operations to spearhead quality engineering initiatives.
  • Develop and implement robust quality processes and metrics throughout the supply chain and assembly operations.
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate quality data to define and manage quality thresholds and specifications.
  • Ensure a balance between exceptional quality, process enhancement, and scalability through critical process limits.
  • Act as a quality engineering authority within product development programs.
Qualifications:

We invite candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or process development.
  • Experience working with final assembly operations and mechanical or electronic supply chains.
  • Proven track record in supplier quality engineering for high-volume consumer products.
  • Familiarity with parts and processes related to high-visual quality standards.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
