Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for providing repair and upkeep services for the residences of our clients. This may involve troubleshooting plumbing or electrical problems, fixing appliances, conducting inspections, and addressing damages in different parts of buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide repair and upkeep services for client residences
• Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical problems
• Fix appliances and conduct inspections
• Address damages in different parts of buildings
• Perform painting and surface refinishing tasks
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Working knowledge of and ability to handle all maintenance and electrical equipment
• Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
• Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
