Responsibilities

The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering new features that meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and working with Engineering teams to build new features.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize the product roadmap and ensure it aligns with customer requirements and business goals.
  • Creating detailed technical specifications for the development team, ensuring they have a clear understanding of project requirements.
  • Participating in daily stand-ups, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and other aspects of the product development process to ensure successful deployment.
  • Monitoring the success of product features through KPIs and customer feedback, using this information to inform future product iterations and drive business growth.
  • Acting as an expert for product metrics, tracking trends, modeling feature impact, and performing in-depth analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Effectively communicating with design, engineering, leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and meaningful collaboration throughout the product development process.
  • Supporting sales verticals by delivering product demos that showcase product value, features, and benefits, helping to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements

Experience and Education

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the Gaming industry.
  • Server-based gaming experience or Class II gaming experience is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of application functionality and current technologies is essential.
  • A proven track record of driving the product development process from start to finish, including user story definition, product refinement, commitment, and delivery.
  • Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, even in ambiguous situations.
  • The ability to identify and extract product data from various sources, including product analytics tools, BI tools, and databases.
  • A balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution is necessary.
  • Experience with owning and managing product features after launch, including scaling successful releases.
  • Strong facilitation skills, tenacity, and a focus on business results are essential.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • POS application experience.
  • Database query skills.
  • Coding experience.
  • C#, Microsoft product development experience.
