As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, this provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to children aged 1-18 years. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical examinations
• Formulate assessment and treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding changes in patient condition
• Educate parents/caregivers on patient condition and plan of care
• Triaging and responding to phone calls from patient families
• Accurately recording patient information in the electronic medical record

The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
