As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, this provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to children aged 1-18 years. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical examinations
• Formulate assessment and treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding changes in patient condition
• Educate parents/caregivers on patient condition and plan of care
• Triaging and responding to phone calls from patient families
• Accurately recording patient information in the electronic medical record
The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess three years of related clinical experience, active Delaware (or compact state) Registered Nurse Licensure, active Delaware Advanced Practice Nurse Licensure, Delaware Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), Federal DEA registration with Delaware Address, and current AHA BLS Certification. Excellent written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
