Assembly Machinist

Milwaukee Valve Company is seeking a skilled Assembly Machinist to join our team in Prairie Du Sac, WI. This position offers an estimated hourly wage of $21.12, with opportunities for overtime and shift premiums.

The successful candidate will be responsible for learning the process of assembling and operating assembly machines according to directions. They will aid in the fabrication of various size and types of valves, using tools and fixtures. Occasional material handling and stocking of components at machine being operated is required.

• Learn the operation of hand or bench type power tools.
• Learn the operation of air and hydro testers.
• Apply sealants, greases, and thread locker as called out on test reports.
• Learn to disassemble and repair product.
• Minor material handling and stocking required.

This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2,000. The first half is payable after completing the orientation period, and the second half is payable after one year of employment.
