Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care according to scope of practice, ensuring accurate assessment and implementation of care plans.
- Enhance quality and professionalism of patient care practices, staying up-to-date with the latest knowledge and competency requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve shared decision-making and optimize patient care.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a paramedic or 3 years in a high-volume patient care setting.
- Kentucky Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic certification.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS American Heart Association certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate of Science in Paramedicine or related healthcare degree from an accredited college.
- Previous aeromedical, KBEMS critical care endorsement, or clinical ER experience.
