Job Summary:
A travel RN job opportunity is currently available in Glendale, CA. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive home health care services to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilize advanced wound care techniques, including wound vac therapy, to promote healing and prevent complications.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
- 1 year of Adult/Pediatric Home Heath experience (required)
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with 1 year of recent acute care experience (required)
- Valid California RN license or ability to obtain (required)
