Job Summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Assembler I to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fabricating component parts and assembling finished products according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up work areas and ensure a safe and clean environment
  • Assemble parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and quality standards
  • Operate hand tools as required to complete the assembly process
  • Stack completed products and ensure they are properly labeled and banded
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Monitor production records and ensure compliance with standards
  • Participate in safety and quality programs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No minimum experience required, but 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Basic math skills and ability to work independently
  • Must be at least 18 years old
