Job Title: Front Crew

Hourly Compensation: $20.00


Job Summary:

The Front Crew member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring seamless operations in the front of the house.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand and adhere to restaurant operation policies and procedures.
  2. Perform front of the house responsibilities, including greeting customers and assisting with orders.
  3. Practice safety procedures and comply with health and food safety codes.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and promote marketing promotions and new product items.
  5. Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle payment.
  6. Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures.
  7. Maintain the cleanliness of the store through daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
  8. Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Related experience is preferred but not required.
  2. Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
  3. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Basic math skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Excellent customer service skills.
  6. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  7. Reliable transportation required.

Working Conditions:
  1. Kitchen area is hot and noise level is usually high.
  2. Walk-in refrigerated area is extremely cold.
  3. Working around kitchen equipment and tools.

Physical Demands:
  1. Standing, walking, talking, and hearing for long periods of time.
  2. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 lbs.
  3. Frequent hand washing and use of cleaning solution.
  4. Repetitive movement of arms, fingers, hands, and wrists.
  5. Reaching high storage shelving with a stepladder.
  6. Squatting, kneeling, and bending to reach for objects in the lower cabinet or shelving.
