Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a cardiac telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac care and be proficient in EKG rhythm interpretation and other cardiac monitoring techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor cardiac rhythm and other critical vital signs, interpreting data to identify any signs of distress or abnormal patterns.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, with a focus on patient's cardiac status.
  • Educate patients and their families on best practices for heart health, treatment plans, and any relevant home care instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies.
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree (ADN) or above in nursing.
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care setting preferred.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association.

Salary

$62,640 to $120,240 /year
