About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our EPIC team, responsible for delivering best-in-class solutions that transform how our customers work. As a key member of our product management team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with UKG's vision and objectives, leveraging AI/ML and generative AI technologies to enhance our product offerings.

- Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market demands, customer feedback, and industry trends.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the product management team, gathering insights and feedback to continuously improve our AI services and solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and build AI services using Rest and Graph APIs, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive initiatives to enhance semantic search capabilities within our products, improving the accuracy and relevance of search results for end users.
- Lead the development of generative AI agents, leveraging cutting-edge techniques to create intelligent and adaptive agents that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.
- Work closely with data scientists and domain experts to develop and maintain ontologies that support our AI-driven solutions, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of SaaS product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML products.
- Experience building 0-1 products using Agile methodologies, with a focus on iterative development and customer feedback.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, Large Agentic Models, and model architectures.
- We work in a collaborative hybrid model. Being onsite 3 days per week in the office is required.
