We're seeking compassionate registered nurses to join our team as After-Hours Hospice RNs. As a valued member of our care team, you'll provide high-quality care to patients and their families, advocating for their needs and preferences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing comfort, dignity, and well-being
* Collaborate with the hospice care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support to patients and families

**Qualifications:**

* Current state license as a registered nurse
* 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
* Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs
