Job Title: Education Administrator

Join Eckerd Connects, a leading organization in providing innovative solutions for at-risk youth, as an Education Administrator. This role is a critical part of our team, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational policies, programs, and curriculum activities at our Yanceyville, NC Residential Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of educational policies, programs, and curriculum activities to promote student growth and development.
  • Provide educational leadership to the Yanceyville, NC Residential programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
  • Supervise the delivery of educational programs, ensuring alignment with Eckerd programs and organizational improvement plans.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and community stakeholders to support student learning and program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education Leadership or Education Administration from an accredited institution.
  • North Carolina Standard Professional II teaching license and Highly Qualified certification in a Middle or High School core subject area.
  • Three to five years of successful teaching experience, preferably working with at-risk students.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, supervisory, and analytical skills.
