Job Overview

Epic Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as the President of its HVAC Mechanical Division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic planning, operations management, and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and excellence in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of the HVAC Mechanical Division.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management of resources and optimal performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional client service by addressing needs promptly and enhancing customer retention.
  • Maintain adherence to industry regulations and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Founder to accelerate personal growth and apply insights to enhance division success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in the HVAC industry or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, adaptability, and a passion for leading and developing teams.
