We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Specialist to join our dynamic surgical team at St. Joseph's Health in Syracuse, NY.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for managing postoperative care, conducting patient histories and physical examinations, and providing inpatient care in both surgical and surgery center settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform ongoing assessment and management of surgical patients.
  • Assist in all procedures, including advanced robotics (operative roles only).
  • Provide patient education on postoperative care and recovery.
Requirements:
  • New York State licensed PA or NP (RNFA).
  • DEA Eligible.
  • Strong surgical and inpatient/acute care experience.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive health benefits, professional development & CME benefits, and flexible scheduling options.
