Position Overview:

Our company has a rich history of excellence in building and enhancing infrastructure across the nation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to and actively promote all safety protocols, ensuring that all incidents, accidents, and near misses are reported to uphold our core value of safety.
  • Complete daily equipment condition assessments and submit a checklist of tasks to the Project Superintendent.
  • Maintain cleanliness of machinery, including regular interior cleaning and lubrication of components.
  • Familiarize yourself with all safety policies and procedures, ensuring awareness of utility locations within the work area.
  • Communicate daily with your Superintendent or Foreman regarding equipment fuel levels to facilitate timely refueling.
  • Document any required supplies on your equipment report and inform your Superintendent of any maintenance needs.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in civil construction.
  • Proficient in operating Loaders, Excavators, Skid Steers, and Dozers.
  • Experience in asphalt plant operations is preferred.
